We regularly have our performance and progress in sustainability reviewed by external agencies. In this way, we identify potential for improvement. The rating agencies we select evaluate us according to comprehensive and recognised methods.
Outstanding Sustainability Rating
ISS ESG is one of the world's most renowned rating agencies for sustainability. Every year, it evaluates us in terms of our
compliance with sustainability standards,
implementation and adherence of sustainability guidelines beyond the regulatory requirements,
adaption of specific sustainability measurements that are appropriate to our business.
For the seventh time in a row, DKB received a B- in the 2021 ISS ESG rating, the highest grade awarded by the rating agency out of more than 270 banks in the "Financials/ Public & Regional Banks" category worldwide. As in the previous year, this corresponds to Prime status and Decile Rank 1, ranking us as the industry leader in this category.
